This rustic shop owned by traditional vinegar producer Cass’Isle D’Orléans is located in the village of St-Jean on Île d’Orléans. Organic blackcurrant products and wine vinegar made with traditional wine-making fruit. Savour our products onsite: excellent coffee, gelato, soft ice cream and homemade cookies.

• Period of operation

  Schedule 2025: for the month of February, open Saturdays at the farm from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
