This rustic shop owned by traditional vinegar producer Cass’Isle D’Orléans is located in the village of St-Jean on Île d’Orléans. Organic blackcurrant products and wine vinegar made with traditional wine-making fruit. Savour our products onsite: excellent coffee, gelato, soft ice cream and homemade cookies.

For the month of May, open Thursday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
June 1 to 19 open daily, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
June 20 to September 2 open Sunday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
From September 3 to 30, open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
October open Thursday to Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Wednesday.
November and December open Saturday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
January 2025- CLOSED (for February and March open soon).

From July 25 to August 10, open Friday to Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Tuesday to Thursday.
