THEMATIC EXHIBITION FISHING HISTORY
Beautiful surprises are reserved for those who open the door of this replica of a salmon fishing camp. Artifacts on the history of fishing in Quebec take us back to around 1840. Even if each section is well documented on the evolution of reels or eel fishing in the past on the island, you can count on your host to add something new and answer your questions.
A large, well-oxygenated aquarium takes pride of place and allows you to see several species of fish that inhabit the great river. Their varied shapes and colors will fascinate you. The place is so evocative that you won’t be able to help but remember some of your most famous fishing stories.
On site, a boutique selling artisanal products made by project investigator Normand Robitaille. Looking forward to hearing your fishing story.
