Forge à Pique-Assaut

We make and sell real ironwork! Forge à Pique-Assaut specializes in customized and stylized ironwork, ranging from architectural elements such as bannisters, fences, gates, cornices and roof ridging, to a host of other items, including weather vanes, furniture, fireplace accessories, historical fixtures and hardware, everyday objects, artwork and sculptures. Guy Bel and his assistants craft every piece onsite using traditional methods.

You can visit the forge and interpretation centre (Economuseum). At the interpretation area, you can learn about the Iron Age, the trade of blacksmithing, the raw materials used for ironwork, professional techniques and much more.
