Welcome to our place!
Our farm has been a family farm for four generations, founded in 1935. Our specialty is the breeding of fine poultry such as quail, partridge, guinea fowl, pheasant, and duck. Our farm shop is open to everyone.
You will also find on-site chicken, cockerels, turkey, rabbit, and hare.
All our poultry is grain-fed and ready to cook. Cooled with air, vacuum-sealed, and quickly frozen to preserve all the flavor and freshness.
We use a diet without flour or animal fats and without antibiotics.
Discover our guinea fowl rillettes (80g jar), our non-force-fed duck terrine (80g jar), as well as our fresh or frozen poultry meats, prepared dishes, and other local products from Île d’Orléans. Not to mention our fine poultry stew with Madeira, in a 750-gram jar, a guaranteed delight!
