Compliments de Belle-Maman

I always choose authentic recipes that have been proven for decades. To tell the truth, not always, always… I also have some more modern and unique products such as spicy marinated beans! The best compliment anyone can give me is to tell me that my products are reminiscent of their grandmother’s! I don’t reinvent anything, but I strive to maintain the ways of making a real homemade product. What’s more, my mother-in-law passed on her jam recipes to me, guaranteed success! I also have fun discovering and preparing the herbs from my garden.

I’m really happy with my salted herbs and little jellies. In short, I am most proud of having managed to offer a superb range of varied confections and my head is still buzzing with lots of ideas! Now installed in my new hyper-efficient kitchen and with the help of dear Aunt Marcelle, I am ready and excited for the next production season.
