Established in 1988, this family estate has around 25 acres of vines, and practice an organic farming. Everything is still done by hand, including the harvest. The Denault family specializes in the production of dry white wines, which now represent more than 85% of their production. Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay as well as Canadian varietals such as Vandal-Cliche and Acadie are among the grapes that grow well on that schist and silt terroir.<\/p>\n

Behind every single of the 60 000 bottles that are produced, it is mostly the passion and the authenticity of the Denault family that guide them in the elaboration of high-quality products. Besides, the family is very proud to follow the rules of the new appellation \u00ab Indication G\u00e9ographique Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e Vin du Qu\u00e9bec \u00bb.<\/p>\n

You can do a tasting, have a glass or a bite (or both!) on their patio, with an incredible view on the vines and the Montmorency Fall.
